Trisha Stetzel has an exceptional blend of military discipline, corporate expertise, and entrepreneurial acumen. She exemplifies resilience, leadership, and innovation in every aspect of her career.

Trisha served eight years in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician, providing communications services and leading teams in the continental United States, Japan, and Hawaii. Her military background instilled a commitment to excellence and an unyielding drive to succeed in any endeavor.

 

Following her military career, Trisha spent a decade at IBM, where she led a multi-million dollar business unit and drove transformative projects and strategic initiatives across complex infrastructure. That corporate leadership experience became the foundation for her second career.

 

 

Today, Trisha is a Master Business Coach and Brian Tracy Certified Trainer, and she runs ResultsXtreme Business Solutions | Focal Point of South Texas alongside her husband, Dennis. She also founded a pet care franchise and a pet professional training company, applying the same entrepreneurial discipline across each venture


Trisha is a two-time #1 best-selling author, of Business Secrets from the Battlefield to the Boardroom and the international best seller Six-Figure Chicks, Houston, Vol 1, and she is the author of Visibility ≠ Vanity, a book and keynote built around the idea that real visibility comes from substance, not self-promotion. She speaks to audiences on leadership, visibility, and the shift from success to significance, and hosts Houston Business Radio, including its Serving the Community and Beyond the Uniform: Houston series.


Beyond her professional work, Trisha volunteers with Faithful Friends Animal Assisted Therapy, working with animals in senior assisted living facilities and Reading with Rover programs. She serves as Chairman of the Board for the Houston Regional Veterans Chamber of Commerce, supporting local veteran leaders and business owners.


As a wife, mother, daughter, and caregiver, Trisha prioritizes quality time with family while ensuring her businesses and professional commitments continue to thrive. Her story is one of resilience, determination, and unwavering ambition, and she serves as an inspiring role model for aspiring women leaders, military veterans, and entrepreneurs.
